Where Art Meets Science—Art Conservation Experts in South Florida.
At South Florida Art Conservation, we are proud to be recognized as Art Conservation Experts dedicated to the preservation and restoration of fine art and cultural heritage. With over 35 years of experience, our studio has become a trusted resource for collectors, galleries, and institutions seeking museum-quality care and ethical treatment of their most valued works.
We specialize in the conservation of fine art—paintings, works on paper, mixed media, and decorative objects—applying treatments that respect both the material and the meaning of each piece. Our conservators are museum-trained, college-educated professionals who combine scientific rigor with artistic sensitivity. Every intervention is guided by internationally recognized standards and the Code of Ethics of the American Institute for Conservation (AIC), ensuring that our work is not only technically sound but culturally responsible.

Our Philosophy
As Art Conservation Experts, we view conservation as a form of stewardship. Cultural property includes individual objects, structures, and collections that hold artistic, historical, scientific, religious, or social significance. These materials are irreplaceable legacies that deserve thoughtful care and long-term preservation.
Our studio’s philosophy centers on minimal intervention, reversibility, and respect for cultural context. We believe the best conservation work restores clarity without erasing history, supports structural integrity without imposing interpretation, and always remains transparent and well-documented.
